If you are looking for some great fingerfood or an easy appetizer for your Easter brunch, you'll love this quick and easy low carb recipe.

    Ingredients

    Deviled Eggs

    • 12 large eggs boiled
    • ¼ cup mayo
    • 2 teaspoon yellow mustard
    • 2 teaspoon dijon mustard
    • Salt
    • Pepper

    Optional Extras

    • Tabasco sauce
    • Bacon pieces
    • 1 teaspoon sugar-free sweetener
    • 1 Tablespoon butter softened
    • 2 teaspoon pickle juice
    • Smoked paprika for sprinkling
Prevent your screen from going dark

    Instructions

    • Place eggs in about 2-3 cups of cold water in large saucepan – enough water to just cover the eggs.
    • Bring water to boil. Cover and turn off heat for 10-15 minutes.
    • For plastic container hacks, place 5-6 eggs in a plastic container with cold water and ice. Shake until the peeling just starts to come off.
    • Slice eggs in half lengthwise. Pop out yolks and set aside egg halves.
    • Add Mayo, mustards, salt, and pepper to a medium mixing bowl. (Add extras here if desired) Smush mixture with fork until smooth.
    • Using a freezer bag with a corner cut off and/or a frosting tip, add filling to each egg half. Sprinkle with smoked paprika.
    • Put in plastic container and take to your next Holiday party!
