    I chose recipes with 5-7 ingredients, minimal steps, and a quick prep time. I think of the busiest person I know – my mom – and make sure she could make it! Plus, you will not have to worry about the carb count at 2-5 net carbs per serving.

    Meal prepping is one of the cheapest ways to keep your household fed. You could easily prepare most of these dishes at $5 or less per serving. It’s also one of the best ways to keep yourself sane when it comes to dinner. With meal prepping, there is no weeknight fuss or screaming children waiting to be fed.

    These keto chicken nuggets cannot get any easier to make. If you possess these 3 ingredients in your home right now, grab a bowl and slap this together. You could be enjoying homemade nuggies in no time. Perfect for kids too! Dip in your favorite sugar-free ketchup or BBQ Sauce.

    Recipe: Add to small mixing bowl 1 can Chicken + 1 Egg + ½ cup hand shredded Monterey Jack Cheese + Salt & Pepper to taste + Mix well + Form into nuggets + Place in air fryer 8-10 minutes at 400 degrees F flipping half way

    Ingredients: 2-3 pounds Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts + 1 can Green Chili Enchilada Sauce + ½ teaspoon Chili Powder + ½ teaspoon Garlic Salt + 1 cup shredded Monterrey Jack Cheese

    It just depends if I have uncooked chicken or a rotisserie chicken on hand. When I first made this dish, I didn’t have flaxseed meal so I used a little psyllium husk instead. I also threw in whatever shredded cheese I had in the fridge for the crust, and it all turned out super amazing!

    Ingredients: 2.3 pounds Chicken Breasts + Salt + Pepper + 8 slices Ham + 8 slices Swiss Cheese + 3 tablespoons Butter + 2 ounces Unflavored Pork Rinds + ¼ cup Flaxseed Meal + ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese + ½ teaspoon Salt + ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder + ¾ cup Mayonnaise + 2 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
