    If I don't have something ready to grab, I will stand in front of the fridge for an unreasonable amount of time and walk away with a handful of shredded cheese directly from the bag. Not the worst outcome, but not exactly a snack either. Having a running list of snacks I can actually throw together fast has saved me from a lot of those moments, like ham pinwheels or pork rind nachos. Or, if I want something sweet, I love 3 ingredient chocolate mousse.

    1. Pork Rind Nachos 2 Ways: Hot Sauce Pork Rinds + Shredded Cheese + Ranch + Hot Sauce OR Plain Pork Rinds + Taco Seasoning + Shredded Cheese + Hot Sauce + Sour Cream + Microwave for 30 seconds [2 net carbs]

    2. Keto Ham & Pickle Roll-Up: Spread 1 tablespoon softened Cream Cheese on 4 Ham slices + Place 1 small Dill Pickle at one end of each ham slice + Roll the ham and pickle into a log shape + Slice each roll into 1 inch pinwheels [Makes about 24 pinwheels | Less than 1 net carb each]

    3. Pepperoni Chips: 2 ounces Pepperoni + Add to paper towel + Place on microwavable plate + Microwave for 45-60 seconds + Pair with 2 ounces Cheese of choice [1 net carb]

    4. Cheese chips / Cheese crisps: Place 3 Cracker Cut Cheese slices between 2 pieces of parchment paper + Place on a microwavable plate + Microwave for 2 minutes until bubbling [1 net carb]

        Not sure about the green onions 100%. Only certain fruits. Mainly Blueberries, Raspberries, Blackberries, and Strawberries all in moderation.

        Hi Laura, the recipes are right here! They are easy throw together recipes that don’t take a lot of time and effort. Some of them don’t have directions because it’s just this + that = yummy easy keto creation. No fluff involved!
