I was never a meal prepper from the start, but once I figured it all out and got into my “groove,” I never looked back. Now it’s in my nature to find meals that can easily be meal prepper meals. In my kitchen, that means meals with multiple servings that can be refrigerated or frozen to last for weeks. That was my logic in finding these stress-free easy keto Instant Pot Recipes: quick prep time, easy to double or triple the recipe, freezes well and holds up great when defrosting later.
Keto Instant Pot Recipe Tips
Some tips that I learned the hard way with the Instant Pot.
1) Always follow the Instant Pot version of the recipe! Guessing at temperatures and times is a headache so always find the Instant Pot version of your favorite recipes.
2) Always make sure your Instant Pot is sealed properly. If it’s still leaking out vapor for several minutes during the “sealing” process, then it’s not sealed properly. Turn it off and start over, or else you’ll get to the end of the timer and you’ll be left with a bunch of soaking wet ingredients.
3) Always make sure your seal and lid is properly cleaned between uses. You can pop that seal off and give it a good soak once in a while, or just make sure there is no debris keeping it from sealing the lid properly. Constantly check around the edges of the seal to make sure it’s seated in place properly.
