Keto Peanut Butter Fat Bombs
These keto peanut butter fat bombs are one of the easiest fat bombs to make when cravings hit. Only 3 ingredients and tastes like peanut butter cheesecake with chocolate topping. No one will know it's low carb!
Ingredients
- 4 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- ¼ cup 100% unsweetened peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons keto-approved powdered sweetener (like Lakanto’s)
- Crushed sugar free chocolate chips to coat (optional)
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients except chocolate chips in a small mixing bowl.
- If mixture is too soft to work with, place in freezer to firm up for about 30 minutes.
- Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, scoop mixture and roll into balls.
- Roll in crushed chocolate chips or coating of your choice. Try some crushed pecans!
- Store in refrigerator and enjoy when cravings hit!
