These keto peanut butter fat bombs are one of the easiest fat bombs to make when cravings hit. Only 3 ingredients and tastes like peanut butter cheesecake with chocolate topping. No one will know it's low carb!

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces cream cheese room temperature
  • ¼ cup 100% unsweetened peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons keto-approved powdered sweetener like Lakanto’s
  • Crushed sugar free chocolate chips to coat optional

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients except chocolate chips in a small mixing bowl.
  • If mixture is too soft to work with, place in freezer to firm up for about 30 minutes.
  • Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, scoop mixture and roll into balls.
  • Roll in crushed chocolate chips or coating of your choice. Try some crushed pecans!
  • Store in refrigerator and enjoy when cravings hit!
