These keto peanut butter fat bombs are one of the easiest fat bombs to make when cravings hit. Only 3 ingredients and tastes like peanut butter cheesecake with chocolate topping. No one will know it's low carb!

4 ounces cream cheese room temperature ¼ cup 100% unsweetened peanut butter 2 tablespoons keto-approved powdered sweetener like Lakanto’s Crushed sugar free chocolate chips to coat optional
Mix all ingredients except chocolate chips in a small mixing bowl.
If mixture is too soft to work with, place in freezer to firm up for about 30 minutes.
Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, scoop mixture and roll into balls.
Roll in crushed chocolate chips or coating of your choice. Try some crushed pecans!
Store in refrigerator and enjoy when cravings hit!
