    Developing this recipe was like solving a delicious puzzle-how could I pack all the flavors of a classic chicken bacon ranch combo into a bite-sized snack that's as quick to make as it is satisfying? The inspiration hit me while thinking about my absolute favorite sandwich at Subway-the chicken bacon ranch. I've loved that sandwich for as long as I can remember.     • Don't Overfill the Wraps - Less is more when it comes to filling these wraps. A small scoop of the chicken mixture is all you need to ensure the cheese wraps around easily without splitting or spilling. If you're making smaller bites, slice the mozzarella sheets in half before baking for perfectly portioned wraps.
    • Work Quickly While the Cheese is Warm - Timing is key! Once the cheese comes out of the oven, it will be perfectly pliable for rolling-but only for a short time. Have your filling ready and roll each wrap while the cheese is still warm and flexible. If the cheese cools too much, pop it back into the oven for a quick reheat.
