Ingredients

  • 6 mozzarella cheese slices
  • 1 cup cooked chicken shredded
  • ¼ cup bacon pieces
  • 1 green onion sliced thin
  • 2 tablespoon low carb ranch dressing

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Slice the green onion.
  • Combine the chicken, bacon, green onion and ranch dressing.
  • Arrange the slices of cheese on the parchment lined baking sheet, about 1 inch apart. Bake for 6-8 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly.
  • Add chicken mixture to one edge of each slice of cheese, then roll the cheese into itself.
  • Slice in half and insert a toothpick into the center of each wrap.
