Ingredients

  • ½ lb ground beef
  • 2 tablespoon pork rinds crushed
  • 1 teaspoon hamburger seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon garlic
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese quartered
  • 16 small pieces lettuce
  • 16 pickles
  • 8 cherry tomatoes halved

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Mix together ground beef, crushed pork rinds, hamburger seasoning, garlic, salt and pepper in a medium bowl.
  • Form the mixture into 16 balls. Arrange balls on a baking sheet and flatten. Bake for 10 minutes.
  • Top each mini burger with a slice of cheese, piece of lettuce, pickle, and half cherry tomato.
  • Insert a toothpick into the center of each to serve.
