Strawberry Lemonade Greek Yogurt Popsicle

These strawberry lemonade Greek yogurt popsicles are sweet, tangy, and creamy all at once. The strawberry layer brings that juicy berry flavor, the yogurt keeps it cool and smooth, and the lemon adds just the right kick. They’re easy to make, have no added sugar, and they actually taste good straight from the freezer.

Ingredients

Pink Strawberry Lemonade Layer

  • cups strawberries fresh or frozen
  • 5 tablespoon zero sugar honey substitute adjust to taste (Note 1)
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • Zest of 1 lemon optional
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt just enough to cream it up while keeping it fruity

White Yogurt Layer

Instructions

Blend the pink layer

  • Blend strawberries, lemon juice, zest, honey, and Greek yogurt until smooth and creamy. Taste and sweeten more if needed.

Mix the white layer

  • Stir together Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and honey in a separate bowl until smooth.

Layer and swirl

  • In each mold, alternate spoonfuls of the pink and white mixtures. Swirl gently with a skewer or thin knife.

Freeze

  • Insert sticks and freeze at least 6 hours or until solid.

Unmold & serve

  • Run the molds under warm water to release.

Notes

1. Sweeteners – Use what works best for your lifestyle. I typically use Monk fruit and allulose in all my recipes. They are natural sweeteners that won’t spike blood sugar. For this recipe, I used an allulose-based honey substitute because it works well like real honey.
2. Nutrition and carbs – Be aware that some recipe blogs omit sugar alcohols and allulose from the nutrition calculation. For transparency, I have included it and calculated the net carbs below. Always use a carb counter app like Cronometer according to the brands you use in order to get accurate nutrition information.
