Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 2 teaspoons brown sweetener like Lakanto or Swerve
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 ½ teaspoons salt
  • ¾ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ¾ teaspoon dried rosemary
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • ¼ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon dried basil
  • ¼ teaspoon dried parsley

Instructions

  • Add all of the seasonings to a bowl, and stir well to combine.
  • Store in an airtight jar, or reuse one of your old spice bottles.
