Deviled Eggs 12 large eggs boiled ¼ cup mayo 2 teaspoon yellow mustard 2 teaspoon dijon mustard Salt Pepper Optional Extras Tabasco sauce Bacon pieces 1 teaspoon sugar-free sweetener 1 Tablespoon butter softened 2 teaspoon pickle juice Smoked paprika for sprinkling
Place eggs in about 2-3 cups of cold water in large saucepan - enough water to just cover the eggs.
Bring water to boil. Cover and turn off heat for 10-15 minutes.
For plastic container hacks, place 5-6 eggs in a plastic container with cold water and ice. Shake until the peeling just starts to come off.
Slice eggs in half lengthwise. Pop out yolks and set aside egg halves.
Add Mayo, mustards, salt, and pepper to a medium mixing bowl. (Add extras here if desired) Smush mixture with fork until smooth.
Using a freezer bag with a corner cut off and/or a frosting tip, add filling to each egg half. Sprinkle with smoked paprika.
Put in plastic container and take to your next Holiday party!
