Mix olive oil, honey substitute, mustard, salt and spices in a bowl.
Place the chicken drumsticks in a bowl and toss thoroughly until each drumsticks is coated. If desired, cover the bowl and allow to marinate for 15 minutes.
Place the drumsticks in a baking dish in a single layer.
Bake for 20 minutes, then flip and bake for another 10 minutes. Larger drumsticks may take longer.
