Ingredients

  • 4 cups watermelon cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup fresh mint chopped
  • cup crumbled feta cheese

Instructions

  • Cut the watermelon and mint.
  • Mix the olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
