Low Carb Broccoli Salad

This low carb broccoli salad is a flavor-packed side dish that’s creamy, crunchy, and sweet—all in one bite! Fresh broccoli gets tossed with crispy bacon, sharp cheddar, and crunchy walnuts, all coated in a creamy, tangy dressing with just the right hint of sweetness. A few dried cranberries add a chewy pop (but you can skip them if you're keeping it extra low carb). Perfect for meal prep or a crowd-pleasing side dish!
