Ingredients

Instructions

  • Add the cottage cheese and ranch seasoning to a blender. If your cottage cheese is very thick or dry, add a splash of water, yogurt, milk, or kefir for easier blending. You can use a store-bought ranch mix or make your own using dried herbs like parsley or dill, black pepper, granulated garlic, onion powder, and other spices to taste.
  • Blend the dip for 2–3 minutes on high speed until smooth and creamy. Pause as needed to scrape down the sides for a more uniform texture.

Notes

1. Ranch Seasoning - if you use a store-bought version, try to find one without yucky fillers like maltodextrin which is sugar in disguise. Pork King Good and Flavor God make great seasonings without fillers.
