Add the cottage cheese and ranch seasoning to a blender. If your cottage cheese is very thick or dry, add a splash of water, yogurt, milk, or kefir for easier blending. You can use a store-bought ranch mix or make your own using dried herbs like parsley or dill, black pepper, granulated garlic, onion powder, and other spices to taste.
Blend the dip for 2–3 minutes on high speed until smooth and creamy. Pause as needed to scrape down the sides for a more uniform texture.
Notes
1. Ranch Seasoning - if you use a store-bought version, try to find one without yucky fillers like maltodextrin which is sugar in disguise. Pork King Good and Flavor God make great seasonings without fillers.
