  • Cook or bake the turkey ahead of time. Remove skin and bones, then shred the meat into small pieces.
  • Mix shredded turkey, cream cheese, mayonnaise, Ranch dressing, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, garlic, and half of the cheddar cheese in a large bowl until smooth and creamy.
  • Spread the mixture evenly into a 7×11-inch baking dish. Bake in a preheated oven at 370°F for 25 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven, sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top, and return to the oven for another 10–15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and golden.
  • Allow to cool slightly. Top with chopped green onions and blue cheese crumbles if desired. Serve with low carb tortilla chips, carrot sticks, celery, or cucumber slices.
