This buffalo turkey dip is creamy, cheesy, and just the right amount of spicy. It’s a great way to use up leftover turkey, and it comes together fast with simple ingredients like cream cheese, ranch, and hot sauce. Perfect for game day, parties, or lunch with some low carb chips or crunchy veggies.
Cook or bake the turkey ahead of time. Remove skin and bones, then shred the meat into small pieces.
Mix shredded turkey, cream cheese, mayonnaise, Ranch dressing, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, garlic, and half of the cheddar cheese in a large bowl until smooth and creamy.
Spread the mixture evenly into a 7×11-inch baking dish. Bake in a preheated oven at 370°F for 25 minutes.
Remove from the oven, sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top, and return to the oven for another 10–15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and golden.
Allow to cool slightly. Top with chopped green onions and blue cheese crumbles if desired. Serve with low carb tortilla chips, carrot sticks, celery, or cucumber slices.
