This will be the first Valentine’s Day where my husband and I both are completely keto-fied, so I had to find the perfect dessert recipe for the special day. I scoured Pinterest to find a recipe that would 1) taste good 2) look pretty 3) be festive. It also had to be something my husband actually liked!
I’m a big grab & go snack person. I like to keep my pantry stocked with snacks I can simply open and eat right away. This will prevent me from getting into the kitchen, making a mess, and coming out with some less than desirable weirdo snack because I’m famished.
Let’s face it. You aren’t going to be that person that tracks their food on MyFitnessPal or weighs their food on a scale for portion control. No matter how many articles you read on health and fitness, the actual doing part is just too time consuming or too hard to stick with.
These are ingredients that every Keto-er should have in their pantry besides the obvious meat, cheese, eggs, green veggies, and berries. These ingredients will also be essential to surviving parties and holidays.
Does anyone else feel as if you’ve been on a million diets in their lifetime? My biggest downfall is always lack of consistency. Maybe nibble a brownie here or a few chips there, and before you know it the weight you lost is back again.
I didn’t get my driver’s license until I was 17, and I’m pretty sure my mom forced me into getting it so I could go on grocery runs for the family. She was so adamant about me passing the exam that we practiced in an empty lot for hours parking and stopping and three-point-turning until I got it perfect.
Anyone can meal prep. You just need music and a few hours on a Sunday (or whatever day you choose…could be a Wednesday if you fancy).
